"New" vintage item. This is a super cute set of 10 bowling-themed cocktail forks in a stainless steel stand, from Japan's Showa-era. The end of each cocktail fork has a white blowing pin with two red stripes around the neck. The stand is topped with a bowling ball.
The original tag is still attached, which tells us it was made by Shinkosha IDEAL in Japan. It says "Chic Fork" in English and Japanese. The tag confirms that the stand and fork skewers are made of stainless steel.
As for condition, it is certainly unused, and it's very sturdy, but there are some signs of age. Most notably, the bowling ball on top of the stand seems to have deteriorated a little. I can't tell if it was originally this color or not. The bowling pins have probably yellowed slightly, and have a few small discoloration spots. The red has worn slightly with time. The stainless steel also has a few age spots, but those could easily be polished up. I did not polish the stainless it prior to taking photos, but will do my best to remove any spots prior to shipping :)
